Location: Andhra Pradesh Multiple Locations

Maximum CTC: 61,000 per month + 4,000 Local Conveyance Allowance

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Resident Engineers Civil to support and monitor Urban Water Supply Projects across various locations in Andhra Pradesh.

The candidate will be responsible for construction monitoring, project progress tracking, contractor coordination, and timely submission of project deliverables.

Locations:

Gollaprolu, Pithapuram, Samalkot, Mandapeta, Ramachandrapuram, Kovvuru, Nidadavole, Rajamahendravaram, Akividu, Bhimavaram, Palakollu, Tadepalligudem, Narasapuram, Tanuku, Eluru, Pedana, Vuyyuru, Tiruvuru, Nuzividu, Mangalagiri, Tadepalli, Tenali, Repalle, Chilakaluripet and Piduguralla.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise water supply construction projects at the Urban Local Body (ULB) level.
Track physical and financial progress of projects.
Monitor contractor activities,



including manpower, materials, equipment, and construction methods.
Assess the quality and adequacy of construction inputs and methods.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and project-related reports/deliverables within timelines.
Coordinate with Team Leads (TL) and Deputy Team Leads (DTL).
Assist in preparation of Project Completion Reports and progress reports.
Support project monitoring and ensure construction activities are progressing as planned.

Required Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience, OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience.
Experience in Construction Management of Urban Service Delivery projects.
Experience in Water Supply Projects is mandatory.
Experience in Water Supply / Sewerage / Drainage projects preferred.
Valuable knowledge of construction monitoring and project progress tracking.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
