Key Responsibilities
Handle direct customer interactions and execute product sales
Explain jewellery product details including gold/silver purity, pricing, and designs
Assist customers with customization orders in coordination with supervisors
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales value
Build robust customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
