HIRING | RESPONSIBLE SOURCING & CONFLICT MINERALS ANALYST

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Responsible Sourcing & Conflict Minerals Analyst with robust knowledge of Conflict Minerals Reporting, Responsible Sourcing and ESG practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support Conflict Minerals / Responsible Minerals reporting activities.
Collect, review and validate supplier data through CMRT and related reporting templates.
Identify and assess smelters, refiners, countries of origin and supply-chain risks.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve data gaps, inconsistencies and compliance issues.
Support responsible sourcing due diligence, risk assessment and corrective actions.
Maintain documentation, reporting records and compliance trackers.
Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability,



Compliance and suppliers.
Support ESG and responsible sourcing initiatives as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Solid understanding of Conflict Minerals / Responsible Minerals Reporting Hands-on experience with CMRT and supplier data collection

Knowledge of 3TG – Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten & Gold

Understanding of RMI / RMAP and responsible sourcing practices

Knowledge of OECD Due Diligence Guidelines / ESG compliance

Robust analytical, documentation and stakeholder-management skills

Good communication and Excel/reporting capabilities

EDUCATION

Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy preferred, or MBA in Sustainability / ESG, or relevant hands-on experience in Conflict Minerals Reporting.
