Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/database
Coordinate with Sales/Technical teams to resolve issues
Follow up with customers and escalate priority issues when needed

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Positive communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati)
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Patient, positive, team-oriented attitude
