We are looking for a Sales Executive with hands-on experience in raw material sales for the paint and surface coating industry. The role involves managing key accounts such as paint manufacturers, understanding formulation requirements, and driving sales of chemical raw materials.

Key Responsibilities
Industry-Specific Sales: Drive sales of chemical raw materials (resins, pigments, additives, solvents, etc.) to paint and coating manufacturers.
Customer Handling (B2B Technical): Manage and develop relationships with purchase teams, R&D;, and production departments of paint companies.
Recent Business Development: Identify and onboard current customers specifically within the paint, coatings, inks, or allied chemical manufacturing sectors.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate with customers on product trials, approvals, and application-related queries.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor products, pricing, and trends within the coatings raw material market.
Sales Execution: Achieve monthly and annual targets within the assigned territory.





Mandatory Requirements
Experience: Minimum 25 years of direct sales experience in raw materials for paint/ coating industry
Industry Exposure: Must have handled clients such as: Paint manufacturers, Coating / industrial paint companies. Ink / construction chemical manufacturers (preferred)
Product Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of: Resins, Pigments, Additives, Solvents
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR Diploma / Degree in Paint Technology OR B.E. Chemical OR MBA (Marketing with relevant industry experience)
Location & Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra/Gujarat/ Tamil Nadu (Whichever is assigned region)

Significant Note (Read Before Applying): This role is strictly for candidates with prior experience in selling raw materials to paint, coating, or allied industries. Candidates from FMCG, Pharma, Retail, BFSI, or unrelated sectors will not be considered.
