Business Development:
l Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's loan distribution business, including identifying and partnering with recent lenders and exploring new loan products.
l Build and maintain solid relationships with lending partners to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
l Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to promote loan products to customers.

Operations Management:
l Oversee all aspects of the loan distribution process, including loan application processing, documentation, and disbursement.
l Monitor loan performance and identify areas for improvement in terms of turnaround time, approval rates, and customer satisfaction.
l Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to loan origination and distribution.

Team Management:
l Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of loan officers and support staff.
l Recruit, hire, and onboard recent team members with the necessary skills and experience.
l Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment within the team.





Customer Relationship Management:
l Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
l Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
l Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with the loan application and disbursement process.

Technology & Innovation:
l Leverage technology to streamline loan processing and improve operational efficiency.
l Explore and implement new technologies and digital solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of experience in the lending industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously managed the distribution in a DSA company or a lending institution.

Technical Competencies :
Loan Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various loan products (e.g., personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.),
