Sales Executive – Software Product Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help grow our software product by identifying leads, connecting with potential customers, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–1.5 years of experience in software product sales who are looking to grow their career in software / SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and online channels
Understand the software product and clearly explain features and benefits to clients
Conduct product demos and customer onboarding under guidance
Maintain and update leads in CRM tools or tracking sheets
Follow up on inquiries, free trials, and proposals
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to convert leads
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team




Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and lead status

Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is mandatory
1–1.5 years of experience in Software Product Sales is mandatory
Good understanding of software products and sales processes
Basic to solid understanding of sales concepts
Ability to convince prospects and build long-term customer relationships
Comfortable with calling, emailing, product demonstrations, and regular follow-ups
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Valuable time management and follow-up skills

Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in a related field (Sales, Marketing, Business, or similar)
1 – 1.5 years of sales experience
Experience in Software Product Sales is mandatory
Must be fluent in English
