Sales Coordinator – Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with 1+ year of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, coordination with sales, production and logistics teams, customer communication, documentation and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and process customer orders through phone, email or internal systems.
Check orders for prices, product details, quantities and specifications.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Factory, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
Follow up on production and ensure timely order delivery.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and delays.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution.




Prepare quotations, sales documents, invoices and other required documentation.
Update customer and order details in CRM/ERP systems.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track pending orders, deliveries and inventory requirements.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Required Skills
1+ year experience as a Sales Coordinator in Manufacturing Industry preferred.
Graduate from any recognized institute.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Experience with CRM/ERP software will be preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Valuable problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
