The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries through calls, emails and WhatsApp, preparing quotations, following up with customers, generating sales leads, coordinating with the sales and technical teams, and maintaining customer records. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel, valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills, and a positive attitude towards learning.
