Role & responsibilities
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
Be involved in the financial metrics.
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on recent/existing clients.
Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen.
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.
Develop current skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong 6+ years experience in End-to-End FICO functional knowledge and technical acumen for SAP ECC




Minimum 1 full life cycle implementations (prior experience defining/implementing worldwide solutions across multiple legal entities in a highly complex systems and project environment) including hands-on design and configuration
Experience in Support engagements which includes defect resolution, Incident & release management in a multi-vendor and multi-geography environment for SAP ECC implementation
Robust experience as an SAP FSCM Functional Consultant or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of SAP FSCM modules such as Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of financial processes and supply chain management.
