Job Responsibility: Manage quotations and price negotiations with customers Handle all customer queries Manage the entire shipment process from pick-up to final delivery by co-coordinating with vendors and updating customers.Input status and customer related updates in the system.Follow-up with existing customers for inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties
Build Client data base
Monthly Client Review
To achieve the individual new business target in term of volume, gross revenue and net revenue with focus in airfreight products.
Meet budgets for sea & air freight business & trade lane development
Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and retention.
Gather market intelligence and provide timely reports to General Sales Manager and Managing Director in developing business prospect
Meeting and scheduling appointments with prospective clients (contacting via phone and email)
Data entry from online sources to pursue additional sales leads




Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and markets
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
Preparing some marketing material required for the above activities
Planning/overseeing new marketing initiatives
Handling sales and business development for Freight forwarding business (Ocean, Air, Export, Import)
Will be report to Delhi office
Will be working from Indore and report to senior (Delhi office).
Developing current business as per target.
