Texas International Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced SAT Quant Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAT Math/Quantitative Reasoning, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to train students effectively for competitive standardized tests.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and structured SAT Quant/Math classes for students.
Teach concepts, shortcuts, strategies, and problem-solving techniques relevant to the SAT.
Prepare students for different levels of SAT Math questions, including advanced problem-solving.
Analyse students' performance through tests, assignments, and mock exams.
Identify individual learning gaps and provide targeted support.
Develop and/or contribute to worksheets, practice material, mock tests, and lesson plans.
Track student progress and provide regular academic feedback.
Stay updated with changes in the SAT exam pattern, syllabus, question types, and testing strategies.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve student outcomes.
Requirements
Strong command of Mathematics and Quantitative Aptitude.
Prior experience teaching SAT Math/Quant, preferably with proven student outcomes.
Experience with SAT preparation, standardized tests, or competitive aptitude exams will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates with experience teaching international curriculum/standardized tests are preferred.
