N n About the Role :
N nWe are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to lead our heavy fabrication operations. The ideal candidate should in fabrication, welding, production planning, and project execution within heavy engineering industries.
N n Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end fabrication shop operations from raw material receipt to final dispatch. N
Heavy fabrication, alloy steel equipment manufacturing, piping and pressure parts, furnace and reformer assemblies, radiant tube systems, industrial rollers. N
Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to ensure timely project completion. N
Lead fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and inspection activities. N
Supervise and optimize manpower, including welders, fitters, supervisors, and operators. N
Review fabrication drawings, BOMs, GA drawings, and engineering documents. N
Ensure welding activities comply with approved WPS, PQR, and WPQ standards. N
Monitor welding qualityfor Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, and High-Alloy materials using SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW processes. N
Coordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, MPT, LPT, DPT, Eddy Current Testing) and pressure testing. N
