We are looking for a hands-on SDET Quality Engineer with strong experience in BFSI/Banking domain, Functional Testing, Automation, API, Web & Mobile Testing.

Key Responsibilities & Skills
5+ years of experience in SDET/QE and software testing.
Mandatory hands-on experience in BFSI/Banking with products such as UPI, Cards, Payments, Wallets, Deposits, Loans, Investments, Onboarding, etc.
Strong expertise in Functional Manual, Web, Mobile, API, Integration and Regression Testing.
Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Java/Python, Selenium or similar tools.
Robust knowledge of SDET and TDD frameworks.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
Valuable understanding of test environments, infrastructure, GCP logs and troubleshooting.




Experience working in Protected Agile environments.
Ability to create Test Strategy, Test Plans, test cases, test data, estimations and QE metrics.
Experience driving quality initiatives, automation improvements and efficiency gains.
Strong experience with JIRA boards, dashboards, management reports and defect triage.
Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, conversational banking and AI adoption in QE.
Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with QE, Engineering, Product and Management stakeholders.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
