SAP Plant Maintenance

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Functional Consultant with solid expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and SAP Quality Management (QM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, enhancements, testing, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules. Experience in Asset Management, Utilities, Manufacturing, MRO, or Aviation domains will be an added advantage
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure and customize SAP PM/EAM solutions based on business processes.
Design and implement Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, Refurbishment, Calibration, and External Service Management processes.
Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects
Prepare Business Blueprint, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, and User Manuals.




Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, FAT, and Production Support activities.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
Support data migration activities using LSMW, BDC, and IDocs.
Work closely with MM, PP, SD, FICO, WM/EWM, and Procurement teams for integration requirements.

Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
Experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management
Exposure to SAP QM and SAP CS modules.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support projects.
Solid knowledge of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle management.
Experience in configuration and customization activities.
Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, PP, SD, and FICO.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
