Role & responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Create and manage Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, triggers, and Apex classes.
Configure Salesforce objects,fields, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Perform data migration, data cleansing, and integration activities using Data Loader and other tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Support Salesforce deployments, testing,



and release management activities.
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development best practices.

Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment processes.
Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies.
