Roles Responsibilities
Design development of seating system.
Design evaluation of seat components integration in vehicle workplace as per program schedule quality targets.
Cost weight monitoring at part sub-system level.
Testing of seating seat belt systems, regulation know-how.
Countermeasure planning, as necessary, based on design / quality reviews, line feedback testing.

Technical/Functional Competencies
Experience of design / development in at least one domain areas in any of the following:
Plastic / Sheet Metal / PU Pad / Seat Fabrics
Seat Mechanism
Seat / Seat Belt Testing
Seat Belt / Side Airbag
Understanding of GDT, BOM, manufacturing processes costing function
Unigraphics / CATIA (Preference will be given to Unigraphics)
Effective communication analytical skills
Team player
Flexibility adaptability
Excellent interpersonal skills
