Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control Bauxite Handling, Conveying, Crushing, and Grinding operations to ensure uninterrupted production.
Track critical process parameters through DCS and MIS systems and ensure adherence to production KPIs.
Analyze operational data to identify improvement prospects and enhance process efficiency.
Ensure optimum utilization of grinding media, energy, and other consumption factors.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reliability, and cost performance.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.




Investigate process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain process documentation, operational reports, and MIS dashboards.
Support inventory management of bauxite, grinding media, and other consumables.
Ensure environmental compliance, particularly related to dust suppression and material handling systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and implementation of optimization projects.
Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for operations and maintenance teams.
