Responsibilities
Lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation
Manage client relationships and design presentations
Mentor and guide junior architects and interns
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
Ensure design quality and intent through all project phases
Requirements
B.Arch from a recognised institution
Council of Architecture (CoA) registration mandatory
5+ years of skilled experience in a design firm
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Solid portfolio demonstrating design excellence
