We are looking for an experienced Customs Operations skilled to manage end-to-end customs clearance activities for import and export shipments. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in customs documentation, clearance procedures, port/CFS operations, and coordination with customs authorities and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage shipments within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customs operations for import and export shipments.
Prepare, receive, verify, and maintain accurate customs documentation .
Coordinate with internal teams, customs officials, CFS, ports, and external stakeholders .
Handle customs clearance activities at Custom House, CFS, and Port .
Coordinate and manage customs examinations, factory/dock stuffing, LEO, and Out-of-Charge (OOC) processes.
Oversee the assessment and processing of Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry at the Custom House/Port.




Monitor container movement from gate-in to gate-out and ensure timely completion of clearance activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable customs procedures and operational requirements.
Work on weekends when required , based on shipment schedules and operational needs.
Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to support Delhi-based operations.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely shipment clearance.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in Customs Operations .
Certification: Valid G Card and H Card are mandatory.
Robust hands-on knowledge of import/export customs clearance procedures .
Experience working with Custom House, CFS, and Port operations .
Good understanding of Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, LEO, OOC, customs examination, an
