We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Area Sales Manager to manage sales activities and achieve business targets across the assigned territory.
The role involves driving new product and service sales , developing relationships with key project stakeholders, and ensuring that company solutions are specified by Security Consultants, Façade Consultants, Architects, and other key influencers .
The ideal candidate should have strong project sales experience, excellent stakeholder-management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles from chance identification through negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve sales targets for the assigned area, including recent product and service sales.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with Architects, Security Consultants, Façade Consultants, developers, contractors, and other project stakeholders .




Ensure company products and solutions are specified in major projects .
Develop and manage the sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to successfully convert large and complex opportunities.

Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders across different locations and geographies.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
Demonstrate robust teamwork and collaboration to successfully win major projects.

Commercial & Contract Management
Manage detailed commercial negotiations and contractual discussions for large projects.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen while negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts.
Ensure company interests are protected during contract negotiations.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely
