We are seeking a passionate and skilled Program Trainer for English Communication at SIP Academy. This role involves conducting training sessions to enhance the English communication skills of participants. The ideal candidate will have a solid command of the English language and experience in delivering effective training.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on English communication skills for participants at SIP Academy.
Develop and update training materials to ensure they are relevant and effective.
Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their communication skills.
Facilitate group discussions and activities to enhance learning experiences.




Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a cohesive learning setting.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
Solid command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Ability to engage and motivate participants in a learning environment.
Familiarity with training methodologies and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.
