Perform tax return data collection, validation, reconciliation, and review procedures.
Work on fund tax compliance engagements involving private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment structures.
Support entity classification and tax elections where applicable.
Assist in preparation of state tax returns and state-level investor reporting.
Support PFIC and CFC evaluation and disclosure processes.
Maintain engagement documentation and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
