You will be part of the core Investment operations team, responsible for managing daily mutual fund operations activity and constantly contribute to the processes to achieve a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate strong critical thinking and prioritize time effectively according to the needs of the company.

Roles Responsibilities
Onboarding recent clients (KYC, account opening and order processing) and ensure responses to customer queries are as per the defined TAT
Coordinate end-to-end query resolution with multiple entities such as RTA, Payment Gateway Partners, AMCs, and customers.
Identify the issues/bugs in any processing application and get the same resolved with responsible teams
Mutual Fund AUM Reconciliation and other MIS
Continuously update knowledge on various product offering/process and regulatory changes and stay ahead of the curve for quick resolutions
Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Preferences




3+ years of expertise in mutual fund operations at a financial service or wealth management business is mandatory.

Experience with a Fintech company will be a plus.
Prior process adherence and client handling experience is required.
NCFM /NISM certification in VA - Mutual Fund Distributors module will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills is a must
Must be a go-getter who can work efficiently with multiple teams and deliver before deadlines
Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills with positive knowledge of MS-Office
Time management and prioritizing to meet the time sensitive deadlines.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
