Overview

Chi Networks, a Chicago-headquartered IT company with a strong presence in India, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven enthusiastic and skilled HR & Admin Intern to join our growing team in New Delhi. This is a full-time position for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their careers in a energetic IT environment. You will work alongside experienced specialists, gaining hands-on experience in various domains such as managed services, cloud computing, and network/security operations. You will be supporting Indian and US clients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, email, and network issues
Resolve desktop-level issues (Windows, printers, antivirus, connectivity)
Maintain logs and update ticketing system
Assist with system installations, configurations, and patch updates
Help maintain IT inventory and asset tracking

Requirements
Qualifications




CA / B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / Diploma or cybersecurity certification (preferred)
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Location & Additional Details
Work Timings: 24x7 environment. Employees may be needed to work in night shifts.
Work Days: 5 days per week, with consecutive/ staggered week offs, any 2 days of the week

Mandatory: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi for this position.
Internship Certificate provided
May convert to full time based on performance
