Position: Senior Executive Recruitment

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer, negotiation, and joining formalities.
Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Preferred Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Experience in handling multiple positions and bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job portals.
