Senior Executive /Senior Analyst - Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations (Contract - 6 Months)

Location: Bengaluru / India

Employment Type: Contractual Role (Fixed Term - 6 Months)- Extension based on performance.

Experience Required: 6 to 9 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with expertise in Indian Payroll, Labour Law Compliance, HR Operations, Benefits Administration, and Vendor Management. The role focus is 60% Payroll & Compliance and 40% HR Operations, Perks and Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management (60%)
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity and statutory requirements.
Manage CLRA compliance for contract workforce and managing client audits.
Knowledge of New wage code, Code on Social Security and all aligned compliances and returns under the Shops & Establishment act.
Coordinate statutory filings, audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
Maintain compliance trackers, challans, returns and documentation.
Drive compliance, governance and risk mitigation.

HR Operations, Benefits & Vendor Management (40%)
Managing Contractors & Interns Trackers, Extensions & Terminations




Administer employee perks programs like Insurance, Sodexo (Pluxee), NPS etc and resolve employee queries.
Managing employee exit clearances, tracker maintenance.
Maintain HR records, reports and MIS dashboards.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Recent Hire induction sessions to be managed for Employee Benefits.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
6 to 9 years of experience in Indian Payroll, Labour Law Compliance and HR Operations.
Hands-on experience in CLRA compliance and PF management.
Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
MS Excel proficiency from Basic to Advanced level including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards and reporting.
Practical experience in SAP HR/HCM is an added advantage.
