EOD-BOD/Production Support and IT Operations - shall be responsible for the following functions:
The person is accountable for managing IT Infra uptime and his responsibility is to observe, run, and scale the stack.
Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process
Oversee Day to Day IT operations, production and Night operations for EOD BOD.
Up keeping DC-DR site Infrastructure. Production & Enterprise available 24 x 7
Incident notification, management, and Tracking to Closure
Problem solving: Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise, ensuring seamless operations and maximum system uptime.
Prioritize uptime guarantees: Establish robust mechanisms to mitigate system downtime, minimizing disruptions and delivering reliable services to end-users.
Optimize performance: Constantly monitor and fine-tune the application to enhance performance,



enabling users to leverage its capabilities to the fullest to deliver on time EOD-BOD completion.
Embrace automation: Leverage automation tools and technologies to streamline repetitive tasks, reducing manual efforts and boosting productivity.
Compliance as per BCP / DR policy & procedures
Manage IT Operations from DR as a Backup strategy
Team Development - Conduct team building activities
Organize Training programs - Organize Internal Functional Training & External Training Program
