We’re looking for a confident, target-driven Account Executive who enjoys speaking with clients, building relationships, and closing business opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for managing leads, following up with prospects, understanding client requirements, coordinating with the team, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Prepare proposals/quotations and coordinate with the technical team.
Negotiate commercials and close deals.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain lead and sales activity in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For




2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Robust follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
Basic understanding of IT/Web Development/Digital Marketing is an advantage.
