Marketing Skills & Responsibilities
Skilled in delivering marketing presentations to clients and stakeholders, including campaign strategies, performance reports, business insights, and recommendations.
Well-groomed and professionally presented, with a robust preference for formal business attire while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Campaign Management, and Lead Generation.
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, Lead Generation, and Performance Marketing.
Track and analyze CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversions, ROAS, and Campaign Performance.
Conduct Keyword Research, Audience Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Campaign Optimization.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign spending and performance.
Prepare Marketing Strategies, Campaign Reports, Business Insights, and Performance Presentations.
Use Microsoft PowerPoint for marketing presentations, business reports, and strategy decks.
Use Canva to create marketing creatives, social media content, presentations, and campaign materials.
Work closely with Sales, Creative,



and Cross-Functional Teams to achieve marketing and lead-generation targets.
Solid skills in Communication, Presentation, Stakeholder Management, Analytical Thinking, Organization, and Problem Solving.

Qaulification
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, with hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign management, and performance marketing.
Solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations.
Well-groomed and professionally presented, with a preference for formal business attire.

Pay: ₹35,969.98 - ₹45,717.80 per month
