Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for P&L; of North region which includes 10 states of 2 regions North1 (Delhi, NCR, UP,UK, Rajasthan) & North2 (Chandigarh, Punjab, HP, J&K;, Haryana)
Create sales plan for the zone in line with business objectives.
Evaluate performance of stores and employees in the zone.
Report on regional sales results and forecast profit.
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Review the Regions/branch management on a monthly basis
Analyse regional market trends and explore prospects for growth
Update the management about the regional operations, profits, customer feedback, and future prospects
Expand geography and channel reach
