Conscious Future Institute is looking for an experienced Senior / Chief Clinical Psychologist to lead and strengthen its clinical and 1:1 counselling vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy sessions.
Manage complex psychological and emotional cases.
Conduct assessments, case formulation, and treatment planning.
Supervise and mentor junior psychologists and therapists.
Support clinical protocols, case reviews, and quality standards.
Contribute to workshops and psychological interventions when required.
Requirements
6–15 years of relevant clinical experience.
Solid background in counselling and psychotherapy.
Experience across multiple therapeutic modalities preferred.
Solid communication, clinical judgement, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership or supervision experience will be an advantage.
We are looking for professionals who bring depth, empathy, clinical maturity, and a solid therapeutic presence. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
