Founded in 2015, Olive Resorts stands among Central India’s most prominent hospitality groups. The company manages two premium resorts located in the Pench Tiger Reserve — one at Turia and the other at Sillari — offering a combined total of 130 rooms. In addition, Olive Resorts owns and operates Lighthouse Waterpark at Mansar (Nagpur) and Rajkamal Watersports at Khindsi Lake (Ramtek), both of which have been operational since 1992.

All properties are situated within a 90 km radius of Nagpur. Headquartered in Nagpur, the company aims to set new standards of excellence in the hospitality sector across Central India.

The Civil (Site) Engineer will oversee and manage all construction and maintenance works across Olive Resorts’ properties. The role demands close supervision of in office activities, coordination with contractors, adherence to design, quality, and safety standards, and ensuring project completion within stipulated timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
They must review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and related design documents,



ensuring that work is executed as per approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
The role also involves tracking project progress, managing site resources, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
The engineer will be expected to estimate material, labor, and overall project costs while maintaining quality assurance and ensuring timely delivery.
They should be able to provide technical support, resolve in office issues efficiently, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects is mandatory, with 7–8 years of overall relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
