Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in the co-working space industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining high-quality standards in workspace design, setup, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage co-working space projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Oversee site selection, design, construction, and operational setup for new co-working spaces.
Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and workplace policies.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Handle vendor negotiations, contract management, and procurement of materials and services.




Monitor and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in project execution.
Maintain solid stakeholder communication, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate, co-working spaces, or commercial interiors.
Robust knowledge of workspace design, fit-out projects, and construction processes.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Solid negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Good understanding of local regulatory and compliance requirements.
