Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines robust design fundamentals with a up-to-date, AI-first creative mindset. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling visuals across digital, print, packaging, and marketing campaigns while maintaining a consistent and scalable brand identity.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, collaborate across teams, mentor junior designers, and leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve speed, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media, campaigns, print, packaging, and marketing materials.
Create AI-assisted creatives and leverage generative AI tools to enhance design quality, speed, and innovation.
Collaborate with brand, content, and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.
Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines.




Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.
Ensure high-quality, consistent design across all brand assets.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic/brand design.
Robust portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaign, and print work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered creative tools.
Excellent skills in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and branding.
Experience building design systems and maintaining brand consistency.
Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor designers.

Good to Have
Basic UX/UI design knowledge.
Motion graphics or illustration experience.
Experience integrating AI into creative workflows.
