Responsibilities
Specification, architectural design, and design of electronic circuits for automotive applications
Accompanying development documentation
Circuit validation through calculations and simulations
Standard-compliant circuit design (eg. VDE) and component selection
Commissioning and design validation
Support of testing and qualification of hardware
Implementation of FMEAs / FMEDAs
Development and monitoring of schedules for hardware development

Requirements
Completed engineering studies in the field of electrical or electronics engineering
Experience in the development of electronics in the automotive sector under standard aspects
Positive knowledge on embedded electronics design and/ or power electronics circuit design




Having knowledge on Electric vehicle power train architecture is an added advantage
Valuable knowledge on microcontroller, power supply design, Analog and digital circuit design, Communication interfaces like CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI and Ethernet.
Very valuable knowledge in the use of development tools (EDA software Mentor Graphics, measuring instruments, simulation tools P-SPICE, etc.)
Knowledge of functional safety standard ISO26262
Experience in project implementation in the automotive sector
Business understanding and cost-oriented thinkingindependent, systematic, and analytical way of working
