Lead AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Sr AI Engineer (10+ years) to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions. This role focuses on building scalable chatbot and Copilot applications, integrating with enterprise systems, and leveraging Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for high-quality knowledge-driven interactions.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, robust solution design capabilities, and experience delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise settings.

MUST HAVE Strong Experience with Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Solid understanding of
Prompt engineering and chatbot fundamentals
Conversational AI design principles

Hands-on experience with:
Copilot Studio / chatbot development platforms
API integration and workflow orchestration
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) basics
Testing frameworks and quality assurance practices





Technical expertise in:
Pro-code platforms such as Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-powered chatbots and Copilot solutions for enterprise use cases
Develop conversational flows using Copilot Studio or similar platforms
Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize chatbot performance and accuracy
Integrate chatbots with APIs, enterprise systems, and workflow automation tools
Implement knowledge management solutions using RAG-based approaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs
Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure reliability and usability
Continuously improve chatbots using feedback, analytics, and performance insights
