Job Overview: The Finance Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective financial operations of the organization. This position involves managing financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities And Duties
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Record and reconcile financial transactions in the accounting system.
Monitor and process payments to vendors and suppliers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Assist in preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.




Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and financial improvements.
Monitor cash flow and assist in managing the company’s liquidity
Prepare reports on cash flow and highlight any discrepancies.
Oversee the company’s foreign payment operations, including payments to international suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Manage and strengthen relationships with key banking partners and financial institutions

Qualifications
M.Com Or MBA (Finance)
Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in a finance-related role,
Foreign payments, FX, or international treasury management
