Key Responsibilities -

The candidate should have practical working experience in several of the following areas:

Electricity & Utilities
Liaison with WBSEDCL / CESC and other electricity authorities.
Current industrial electricity connections. Load sanction and load enhancement.
Transformer, substation and electrical inspection-related coordination.
Follow-up for approvals, energisation and utility-related issues.

Pollution & Environmental Approvals
Liaison with West Bengal Pollution Control Board. Consent to Establish.
Consent to Operate. Renewals and amendments.
Pollution-related statutory submissions and inspections. Coordination with environmental consultants where required.

Fire & Safety Approvals
Liaison with West Bengal Fire & Emergency Services. Fire NOC / Fire Safety Certificate.
Inspections, compliance requirements and renewals. Coordination with project, civil and fire-fighting contractors.

Factory & Industrial Approvals
Factory licence and related approvals. Directorate of Factories.




Labour department and other industrial statutory authorities. Electrical Inspectorate and other relevant authorities.
Local municipal / Panchayat / development authority coordination where required.

Government Incentives & Subsidies
Identifying applicable Central and State Government incentive schemes.
Industrial promotion schemes. Capital investment subsidies. Employment-linked incentives.
Electricity duty / power-related incentives where applicable. SGST / tax-linked industrial incentives where applicable.
Preparing and submitting applications. Following up with government departments. Handling queries and documentation.
Obtaining sanction letters.
Most importantly, following the matter through until actual claim settlement or disbursement.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
