Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager Civil & Interior Projects to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale civil, interior fit-out and MEP coordination projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, including planning, execution, commercial control, quality, safety, procurement, subcontractor management, client coordination and timely handover.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in managing turnkey interior and civil projects, with the ability to independently lead project teams and drive projects from mobilisation through completion and commercial closure.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
612+ years of experience in civil construction, interior fit-out or turnkey projects.




Robust experience in managing large-scale commercial, hospitality, healthcare, institutional or residential interior projects.
Experience managing multiple disciplines including Civil, Interiors and MEP coordination.
Robust knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, BOQ, estimation, billing and commercial management.
Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
Timely procurement and material availability
Variation/NT recovery and commercial control
Billing and collection performance
Safety performance
Timely project handover and commercial closure
