Procure raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other consumables required for bakery production.
Purchase and manage materials such as flour, sugar, oil, butter, milk products, dry fruits, flavours, and other bakery ingredients.
Coordinate with the Production, Stores, and Branch teams to collect and plan purchase requirements.
Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and prepare price comparisons.
Identify and finalize vendors based on the best quality, competitive pricing, and delivery terms.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to approved vendors.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials in the correct quantity and quality.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and better purchase terms.
Regularly monitor market prices and supplier rate changes.
Maintain proper records of quotations, Purchase Orders, invoices,



and other purchase-related documents.
Coordinate with the Stores team to monitor stock availability and reorder levels.
Handle quality issues, damaged materials, and expired products in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Manage urgent purchase requirements to ensure there is no interruption in production.
Identify and develop recent vendors and suppliers.
Prepare and submit monthly purchase reports and cost-saving reports to management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
