Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities in the garments industry, with a robust focus on trims and sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, cost negotiation, timely procurement, and ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement of garment trims (labels, buttons, zippers, elastics, threads, etc.)
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules effectively
Ensure timely sourcing of materials to meet production timelines
Maintain purchase records, MIS reports, and documentation
Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize cost efficiency
Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising teams
Ensure quality compliance of sourced materials




Handle vendor performance evaluation and relationship management
Manage inventory levels and avoid shortages/excess stock

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of garment trims and sourcing processes
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Valuable understanding of supply chain and procurement planning
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Apparel/Fashion preferred)
Experience in garment manufacturing/export industry

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
