Homework Living is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Calicut. The role involves assisting customers in selecting furniture, understanding their requirements, explaining product details, and ensuring a smooth showroom experience from enquiry to purchase.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Recommend suitable furniture based on space, style, size, and requirements.
Explain product specifications, materials, finishes, pricing, and customization options.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on enquiries.
Convert showroom enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with the design, production, and delivery teams when required.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Keep the showroom displays, product information, and customer areas well organized.
Stay updated on recent products, collections, offers, and furniture trends.




Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, furniture sales, interior products, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Positive understanding of sales processes and follow-ups.
Interest in furniture, interiors, and home décor.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Basic computer knowledge.
Fluency in Malayalam and English; Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, qualified appearance, and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
