Location: PAN India (100% Remote)
Experience: 8+ Years Overall IT Experience with 6+ Years in Workday Integrations & 4 Years of Workday Studio.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Working Hours: 2:00 PM IST 11:00 PM IST

Team Leadership & Project Delivery
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Workday Integration Consultants across implementation and support projects.
Design, develop, review, and deliver complex Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, and Web Services.
Drive end-to-end integration delivery including design, development, testing,
deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, project managers, and global stakeholders.
Review technical designs, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and ensure coding best practices.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risks, and client escalations.
Support Workday bi-annual releases and participate in solution estimation and pre-sales activities.
Preferred Skills
Active Workday Integrations & Studio Certifications
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
Experience with Workday Extend, Orchestrate, or Student
Experience integrating Workday with Payroll, Advantages, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party applications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
