Role Purpose

Build and grow HASTON’s social media presence through creative content, solid strategies, community engagement, and consistent brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers and video editors.
Plan Reels, Stories, posts, campaigns and product launches.
Monitor trends, sounds, hashtags and competitor activity.
Increase followers, engagement and brand awareness.
Manage comments, DMs and community interactions.
Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Work closely with the marketing team to support sales and campaigns.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management preferred.
Robust knowledge of Instagram & Reels.
Excellent understanding of social media trends and algorithms.




Creative thinking and solid communication skills.
Good knowledge of content planning and storytelling.
Ability to understand fashion/lifestyle audiences.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
