We're hiring: Social Media Manager — Kani Home, Srinagar

Kani Home is becoming something Kashmir hasn't seen before — a craft, art and creative-residency centre in Zakura, opening this October. Right now we're mid-build: artisans on site, mixers running twice a week, a story unfolding in real time that almost nobody outside the room has seen yet.

We need someone to own that story.

What you'll do:
Build and run Kani Home's social presence from the ground up — Instagram, YouTube, and wherever else the story belongs
Capture the build-to-launch arc: the craft, the space, the people, the mixers, the countdown to October
Shape a visual language that's copper-brown, heritage-meets-contemporary, never generic
Work directly with the founder — this is a founding-team seat, not a task-list role

Who you are:
You think in stories, not just posts




You've run a brand's socials, or you've run your own and it shows
You want to build something from scratch, not maintain someone else's system
Based in or willing to be in Srinagar

The arrangement: a 1-month residential fellowship — stipend, full creative latitude to define the role. At the end of the month, transparent milestones (reach, content quality, story landed) decide whether it converts to a paid, ongoing role owning strategy for Kani Home's launch and beyond.
