About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO team, manage client projects, and drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the SEO team and daily activities.
Develop and implement effective On-Page & Off-Page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance.
Plan and execute link-building and off-page SEO campaigns.
Ensure timely completion and quality of SEO tasks.
Analyze SEO reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Coordinate with content, development, and other marketing teams.




Review team members' work and provide guidance and training.

Required Skills
1–2+ years of practical SEO experience.
Robust knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Good understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and SEO audits.
Team management and leadership skills.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and reporting skills.
