Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Kochi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to generate leads and improve reach.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams for content creation.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Build and grow online communities while maintaining a positive brand image.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.




Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content strategies.
Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
Experience with Meta Ads, social media scheduling tools, and campaign management.
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an added advantage.
