Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Profile Summary

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests, coordinate with service technicians and internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and coordinate customer service requests, complaints, and queries.
Register and maintain service requests in the system.
Coordinate with service technicians for site visits and service assignments.
Schedule and track technician visits based on customer requirements.
Follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
Communicate service status and updates to customers.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Technical teams for service-related issues.
Maintain proper records of service calls, site visits, pending cases, and closures.
Prepare daily and weekly service reports and MIS.
Follow up on pending service requests until successful closure.
Escalate critical or unresolved customer issues to the Service Manager.
Ensure proper documentation of service reports and customer feedback.




Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive service experience.
Monitor service TAT and ensure complaints are resolved within the defined timeline.

Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma/degree in Operations, Administration, or a technical field will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
Good customer-handling skills.
Robust documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate with field technicians and internal departments.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Service, After-Sales Service, or Technical Coordination.
Experience in Building Materials, Flooring, Interior Products, Construction, or related industries will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with customers, technicians, and multiple internal teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
