Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Check measurements, materials, workmanship, and construction quality.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and work records.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Monitor construction activities in accordance with approved schedules and budgets.
Maintain proper site documentation, drawings, and inspection records.
Support project planning, estimation,



and coordination activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
0–2 years of relevant site experience, preferably in residential construction.
Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and site supervision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities and coordinate multiple teams.
Solid attention to quality, safety, and deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
